Update

Well everyone, I hope this finds you all ok and those in Christchurch safe.  First of all our family and friends are all safe and accounted for and I thank our lucky stars.  I have also not had a laptop so have not been able to update, so I apologise.  This week on Tuesday before the quake I put on 100g, which is not surprising when I have been on steroids, I have been so hungry, but I have now lost my appetite, but we are getting thru.  Today hubby is away helping people clear streets and driveways with our fire crew.    I was in a local mall when it happened with my sister and mum, and my two daughters 2 and 3 years old, it was very scarey but we live to tell the story.

I hope this finds all you local people fine and safe with your families and loved ones too.  I will pop back in when I can, it is not a priority of mine at present but I have been thinking of all my ww family as well.  You do think of everyone in your life in situations like this.
