I am sorry ladies, I don't know where the weekend went!!! I thought I was in yesterday, but obviously the heat got to me. We had a full on weekend, party on Saturday and I feel I made good choices, but I guess tomorrow on the scales will show, but then again, I feel ok about it, even if I don't have a loss. I did have a great time and that also counts to live a little while you are on your journey.
Tomorrow is D day and I have been asked a wee challenge to share with the Tues pm meeting, will fill you all in tomorrow night, but I am really looking forward to it.
Worked today and it rained, what a releif, it was so so so hot yesterday and last night, it was impossible to do anything, but I still managed to eat!!

PS thanks for the new photo, to the lovely friend who did it for me, as I hated the one I opened, at least this one reminds me I can do it and by god I bloody WILL!!!
