Well we made it to today, two days with 3 kids has been a challenge, we now have 2 very tired grumpy kids.
So tonight I am out with a lovely bunch of girls for tea, off to Coyotes at the Palms, been thru the menu and found the best choice for me, I decided I wanted to choose something good for me, but then paying for it and not cooking my meal, it had to be something bloody awesome too!! This way I know I can go and cope and not feel guilty lately. I have had 3 great weeks, made fab choices, been pleased with my losses, so why spoil it now.
Being tired last night I did look at the baking twice on the bench the kids and I did yesterday, but I did have a piece when it come out of the oven so I reminded myself that I knew what it tasted like, so no I did not need it!!! This is something I say to myself often, you know what it tastes like, so do I really need to eat it? We went away last weekend to father in laws house and I brought belgium biscuits to have with a coffee, but as I keep reminding myself, I know what it tastes likes and it smells better than it tastes and also costs too many points. If I really wanted one, I would have it, but I would save for it, like I have for tonight and make the bloody most of it, enjoy it and savour it.
Well I had a bacon and egg roll with lettuce and tomato for late lunch, will have something filling to eat about 5 - 6pm (probably fruit) as we not eating till 8 which is late for me, but this way I cope and not get over hungy. LOL.
Have a fantastic day everyone, I am heading out to the treadmill again soon, once my lunch goes down to shake my wobbly bits...
