We get burgers on the odd occassion from a local shop, they are called gourmet chicken. They have a bread bun, little bit of sauce, onion, lettuce and chicken breast!! So I thought they would not be too bad. So once I brought it, I came home and disected it to work out the points. 11 Propoints on our plan, so now I know, I can allow it properly, it is a couple more than I thought it would be, which was the bread, higher than I estimated. Thanks to the friend who suggested to do this on my favourite and regular foods I eat out. I have weighed my sushi and worked that out and also coffee from our local coffee culture. Today is a day at home with the temptation of food all day with 3 preschoolers I have a friend having a baby, so have her wee girl as well. So I have plenty of fruit on hand and will chop a plate up and put it out so the kids can pick on that, instead of asking me for food all day. Means I can have a nibble with them. Yesterday I made a huge dish up of chicken and veg, with sour cream and sweet chilli, which is in the fridge cooled and now I will wrap into filo parcels, and freeze ready for meals. I have worked out the points for the bulk amount and will weigh out portions and divide it so my meals are all set to go. Yell if anyone wants some more info on what I have done. I have added some photos for you all of me on my journey. If I am really game at some stage, will share some measurements with you.

PS I do have the odd aching muscle or two from yesterdays wobbling bits but my boobs have not fallen off as yet from being shaken to death yesterday! I plan to get back onto the treadmill later today and give my body another shaking, will have to wait till hubby gets home though.
