I have finally made 25% loss!! It seems to of taken a bloody long time but I finally made it on Tuesday.
So now 24.5kg lost, so not far to go till my 25kg. I have lots of little goals along the way, because bugger my journey would of been a long one without them! By just continuing to calculate them along the way has helped to keep me enthused and always having a goal that is not too far away means I feel like it is achieveable! Hope that all makes sense.
So this week I am off to the gym again tomorrow, hoping not to chuck!! I plan to try a bigger breakfast and try and drink heaps more water, I am wondering if dehydration is playing a part in my headaches and migraines.
So next week I wonder if I can get to 25kg, if not hopefully the following week, as you all know I am not the one who gets on and has big losses on the scales, so we will see!
