So this week I maintained and stayed the same and my initial feeling was stuff that! But on reflection when I ploughed thru my tracker, I can see why. I had become best friends with bread again in the past week. Even though I had upped the anti on the exercise again, it sure bit me in the bum, by making me stay the same. I am still increasing my water, working really hard on this.
Today after my Step Class at the Gym, I am not dead! I did not vomit, and even the headache I have is a vast vast improvement on the migraines I was getting on the afternoons after the classes I do. I actually really enjoyed it, literally (well I hope so) worked my arse off and I feel so much better and have energy still. I did more of the class than I have ever done, well the parts I knew. The tracks always change, and I did not know a couple and that threw me.
So this weekend, my focus, to stay within points, drink heaps of water and survive a 10km walk on Sunday with friends and my hubby! Fun, fun, fun! I am actually looking forward to it and not dreading it.
I was talking in a meeting this week about the gym and had a memory recall from when I was at school. I never ever did PE at High School. Do you know how I avoided it? Well I used every excuse under the sun but ended up being the Principals pet and got to do his filing every time it was PE or sit in his office and read a book, and did nothing, while the others sweated off there arses. I did everything possible to avoid it and now I have joined a gym by choice. Oh my god, what a change ah.... Remember if I can do it, so can you, NO EXCUSES. Have a fantastic weekend!
